"I came to her four months before my wedding and I realized everything I was doing alone for the last decade was maintaining a fit body, not improving it. She pushes me to my limits while making sure my form is perfect. She even talks to me about diet and meal prepping. This girl drastically increased my muscle tone and hourglass shape. You can see a lot of different muscles in my back instead of two vague shoulder blades. I had to go clothes shopping because my booty doesn’t fit in anything I have. Needless to say, I looked and felt stunning for my wedding day. The only thing I would have done differently is work out with her sooner! Thank you Yumi!!"

"I have never been a gym goer.   My husband kind of pressured me into going by signing me up with a personal trainer.  When I walked up to meet her I saw this tiny little body and thought, "oh...I got this!"  Ha!  Little did I know that inside that tiny little body was a spunky, persuasive, fun spirited soul?

Yumi has been not only my personal trainer but my personal cheerleader and friend.  She knows my limits and is always pushing me to do more...to do my best...and then some.   I love how she not only demonstrates each exercise (for one thing, it gives me a break to catch my breath ) but she also carefully watches that I am performing each exercise with the correct form so that I don't hurt myself.  I really appreciate that especially because I have bad knees and osteoporosis in my low back.  

Yumi is personable and makes working out fun for me.  She constantly changes up the workout keeping it exciting while working all the different muscles in the body.

Now I look forward to my sessions with Yumi to find out which part of my body she will help me change for the better.  Thank you Yumi for helping me to be and feel stronger and healthier!"
